Applicants must have an income between R3000 and R6000 per month and be between 60 and 75 years of age, be fully independent and self-sufficient and not require any help what so ever. The common areas like lounge, kitchen, dining room, bathrooms, garden etc as well as chores are shared with seven other retired residents.
