We are renting out an external room (not a garage size) to a single female preferably, fully employed, allowed ordinary visits, able to assist with duties in communal areas like the toilet, stoeps, window sills, neat and respectful.Our home is an elderly house in a very quiet area, therefore large music and the likes are not welcome save for special occassions. Basics of ubuntu go a long way in coexistence and lengthy stays as tenants. We are a Christian household therefore spiritual persons with different religious beliefs (izangoma, satanists, new age religion, imithi, izimpepha) not welcome.There is no bathrooom in the sense of the word, but an external toilet and you would have to use your own basin to bath, as per the Soweto norm. Next of kin contacts, proof of employment, will be required, even in a reference in other cases.The room is currently occupied and we'd need a day to thoroughly clean the room after the tenant on notice has departed.
