The spaces are maintained by a domestic worker who cleans the shared spaces thrice a week. (Please see the attached pictures of the spaces) The yard is safe, fully fenced and only accessible with a key that is held by the residents of the property. At present, no back up power facilities or wifi are available, however a washing machine and a dryer are available for use downstairs at the lessees convenience. There are no parking spaces available within the property, however, cars may be parked along a side driveway at your own risk. Located in close proximity to the UKZN Westville campus (1.3KM) as well as a small shopping center with all the essentials available.
