Affordable room to let in a safe property with cctv cameras. Property is well maintained and currently under some improvements. Owners lives on the property and works from work. There are 12 other tenants occupying individual rooms and und units. We are located directly opposite the Seaview primary school and close to the rossburgh license offices and southway mall. We have all working class professionals that live here so our environment is peaceful yet full of life. Water and electricity is included and managed. We require 3months bank statements 3months payslip and a copy of your ID to book your appointment. Deposit is required and same as the rental which is refundable. A service deposit is required and is also refundable at the end of your 12 month lease period. A once off admin fee is payable and is not refundable.
