Each bedroom is a single room (the big room can be offered to a couple upon request) featuring new floors and is fully furnished with cupboards, bed, nightstand, desk, long mirror and shelves. Bedding (mattress, two big and two small pillows, duvet) with two complete sets of linen and towels is provided in all rooms. The desks in the bedrooms feature a separate lamp, paper bin as well as basic stationery needed for study work. Furthermore, each room features its own private wall-mounted flatscreen TV.
The bathroom has been fully redone and includes a full bath tub with a mounted shower.
The kitchen is new with granite countertops and fully equipped with crockery and cutlery plus items needed for preparing quick and simple snacks as well as full blown proper meals. A generous selection of storing containers for groceries and finished meals is at hand. The usual (brand-new) amenities (kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave) are on location next to a fridge/freezer combination and a proper electric stove with four fields and oven.
The lounge features a dining table, a sofa and chair combination round a low coffee table and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Furthermore, a desk for office and study work faces the large front window.
Uncapped high-speed wireless ADSL (fibre, 10 MBps) in all rooms as well as a Netflix Premium account provided.
At the front of the townhouse, a private furnished stoep with a brick-built braai allows for enjoyable "Kook en Kuier" with friends on warm evenings adjacent to the small garden area. Washing machine as well as clothes lines for drying are available.
The townhouse comes with two dedicated parking bays inside the gated and fenced complex. Prepaid electricity, ZAR 333 per person/month will be loaded. Additional security (motion detectors and panic buttons) is provided by a large SA based company. A weekly cleaning service is available.
