Rental fees are calculated pro rata, per night, monthly in advance. Ideal for commuting professionals, saving transport costs and time. This unit is attached to a private home on a safe destination farm in Simondium. Facilities include private entrance, verandah with beautifull tranquil views, outdoor braai, pool, on site restaurant. Fully furnished, smart TV, wifi, linen included. The apartment is serviced weekly and is available from 11 am Mondays till 11 am Fridays.
