This house is in the low crime area of OBSERVATORY yet close to all. Jammie Shuttle, GHS, Shops and all. The House is secure and we have security in our street. Rooms spacious with queen or double beds and house is kept clean. We have a cleaner once a week for the common areas and supply Wifi, electricity, water . There is a washing machine. A single room is available. I am looking for a guy who can contribute to a happy, supportive, learning environment in which
everyone can achieve their academic goals. The Homestay offers a great atmosphere, owner sponsors meals which we cook together every few weeks.
The home is on the transport route to Claremont, which can be
accessed via public transport. Students who have lived here previously attended
UCT (Rondebosch campus) and other private colleges. Most of the guys live here for a year or more. Only those who are happy to travel by public
transport should consider the Homestay.
Prices are very good and the home is supervised daily by the
owner, who fixes problems immediately. Travel times to UCT, Eduvos, CPUT and
others can be long, compensated for by excellent pricing and convenience ;
consider this carefully.
The home is best suited to students who
do not have classes/tests after 7pm in the evenings ; if so,
then you have to Uber back home. UCT main campus Rondebosch is the most
suitable. Medical school (Observatory) or Art schools (City
Centre) are not suitable destinations from the
Homestay.
Monthly prices are calculated for 10 months minimum @ R4750 (single). Lease has to be
signed and a monthly deposit is required. Accordingly, this home is for private
and foreign students. Parents and students who are interested should email
