A cosy 2 bedroom unit with main bedroom with ensuite bathroom shared with kids is available to rent in Phoenix Phase 1 which is close to Police Station and many other amenities. The room has its own full kitchen, cosy lounge in a very secure home. Parking is not compulsory to any tenant but requires negotiations with existing tenants. We are looking for a pleasant individual who knows how to leave in harmony with others. An honest person who do not destroy people's properties, you need to be able to clean after yourself and keep the place presentable at all times. Non-negotiable occupancy of maximum 4 people or less is required. No overcrowding is accepted. Water and electricity are for tenant account. A one month deposit equivalent to one month rental and other related costs to be paid on application.
