To secure either of the above offers a monthly rental upfront secures the unit for a month (30 days minimum) and a once off breakage and administration fee of R790.00. Should you extend your stay with us each months rental is then due on the 28th of each month moving forward with a two week notice period.
Note that the above rates are for single occupancy only.
