I'm seeking accommodation in Cape Town, for 1 working professional adult woman and 2 youths (in late teens).
The following are my preferences:
- 2-bedrooms apartment/house
- 1-bedroom apartment will be considered if it's big enough and allows for my family size
- locations with ease of access to public transport (MyCity/Golden Arrow) are most preferred
- parking for 1 car
- budget: up to R9K (including water)
For occupancy by 01st May 2026.
Preferred areas: Maitland, Woodstock, Milnerton, Summergreens, Rosebank, Goodwood.
Langa (Berverly Hills) and safe locations in the Northern Suburbs may be considered.
We are a good family of sober habits.
