I am renting a quiet room in a house with 5 rooms. The room comes with a bed, mattress, bedding, linen, curtain(s), cupboard, desk, chair, mirror, USB-LED light and a heating panel.

The monthly rent will be ZAR 6.202 plus electricity. The rent durations will be 12 months. A shorter period is possible but comes with a higher rent.

Deposit: 1 month’s rent.

Kitchen, Bathroom, Court-Yard and Garden will be shared with the other tenants. Fibre internet is included in the rent.

The communal areas will be cleaned once a week. The garden comes with an outdoor braai.

NO pets, NO babies, NO couple, only for a SINGLE, NON-SMOKING person.

One off-street parking (if available) will cost 500 R per month.

The house is in Polo Road, a small street, close to Groote Schuss Hospital, Cape Town Science Centre, Amazon Headquarter, shops, restaurants, bars and public transportation. (52#2)
