room to rent

I am renting out my room in Muizenberg in a quiet, clean and safe complex with access to kitchen/lounge, shared bathroom and garden sitting place for 2,5 months (from the 15th of January-31 March). Cost per month: 5500 Rand, included in the rent is: enclosed parking, wifi and water. There is a washing machine you can use. The shops are nearby. You would be sharing the flat with another woman (65 y). Electricity and cleaning seperate to discuss with landlady. Time of rental between 15th of January until the end of March 26. It's also possible to stay for 2 months the 1st of February.
