The location of the apartment complex is next to the Morningside Virgin Active health club and just a short walk to the Morningside Shopping Centre on Rivonia Road with access to the Gauteng Bus and Taxi Routes providing easy access to The Sandton CBD , and surrounding suburbs such as Rivonia, Benmore, Bryanston , and Parkmore Etc.
This will suit a career oriented lady ready to share with flat-mates Iviwe and Tebogo who each have one of the smaller bedrooms and share the second bathroom.
The apartment is furnished so all you will need is to provide your own bed.
In addition the the rental you would bear a 1/3 rd share of the monthly utilities.
