I have a double bedroom with built-in cupboards and an en-suite bathroom available in my flat from 1st January. Please note that is for a single person - no couples, children or pets.

I’m an easy going 45-year old working professional who leads a healthy & active lifestyle, enjoys socialising & a glass of red or two and appreciates a clean & tidy living environment - am keen to find someone with similar interests.

I have a beautiful cat so you will need to be an animal lover :)

The flat is furnished and there is a double bed in the room at the moment if needed.

Wi-fi is included in the rent but electricity, water and cleaning costs are to be split.
