A petit ensuite outside room for one awaits a student who is in search of a safe, quiet and secure environment. This room is attached to the main house HOWEVER, it has its own x2 seperate entrances to ensure independence and zero interference. There's also covered parking. The student room comes with a tiny bar fridge; a small Samsung TV and WiFi connection; an Oil Heater; and a Wall Unit. The laundry and scallary space is shared (optional / if preferred). May negotiate EARLY OCCUPATION as off 1st February2026 (if needed). NB. Lease Agreement and Double deposit principle applies.
