Rooms with combinations of single and double beds are available. Rooms are private, but bathrooms and other amenities are shared.

Note that this is for rooms in a house, not the whole house. Gumtree does not have the exact right category for this.

Per twin room, with one person:

Per double room, or twin room with two people:

• Weekly: R2600

What is provided:

Beds, fresh bed linen and towel. Tea, coffee, milk, sugar, kettle, fridge, microwave - all in the dining room. Lounge, pool, patio, roof terrace. Free WiFi everywhere. Iron. Large garden for relaxing in. Off-road parking inside electric fence. Basic lighting and WiFi during load shedding.

What is not provided:

Food, food preparation facilities, kitchen, TV's. Guests need to eat out, bring their own pre-cooked food, or get takeaways (4km away, but there are deliveries).

Please Note:

• We have a dog and a cat, but they won't trouble you, apart from greeting you noisily.
• Unlike other venues where smokers are requested to smoke outside, I ask smokers to please restrict their smoking to INSIDE their room.
• Shopping centres in Kloof and Waterfall, including many different take-aways, are 4km away in opposite directions. There are no shops of any kind closer than 4km.
