I'm looking for someone to share an apartment with. You need to be working as we both need to submit the documents. I would prefer to share it with a lady but a decent non-smoking gentleman would be also considered. You have to be a South African( landlords’ requirement). Water and electricity ( pre paid) is not included in the rent. N.B! The R5000 is shared between the two tenants
