The house is fully furnished and equipped with a comfortable DSTV lounge
and breakfast nook.
Fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances/fridges and cupboard
space for each student.
Secure quiet backyard with an outdoor braai and large picnic table to unwind.
The Post graduate section is for male and female students. house has 5 large bedrooms and 2 toilets and 2 showers
Each large bedroom is furnished with a 3/4 bed.(Students must bring own
linen)
Tiled with blinds or curtains.
Desk and chair supplied.
All rental packages includes services worth R2 000 per month.

The property is actively managed by my husband and myself. We have been
running this student house for almost 15 years.
We do offer discount if fees are paid annually.
The security deposit is a double deposit (equal to 2 months rent)
