We are located In close proximity to the strawberry farm and wine lands. Tygervalley Shopping Centre & Cape Gate is just a stone throw away. Should you want to laze in and have your food or shopping delivered Mr Delivery is at your service.

There is a kitchen and braai facilities available. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove so as to ensure you can cook during load-shedding, a microwave, kettle and fridge. There is a washing machine for laundry to be done. There is a garden for those who like the outdoors.

Each room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. All you need to do is bring your bedding and cooking utensils.

The property is secured with burglar bars and gates. Load-shedding lights are in the common areas. There is unlimited WiFi. Secure parking available for those with vehicles.

Rent is R5500 per month inclusive of WiFi, water & electricity capped at a certain amount and furniture. There is a R1500 non-refundable administration fee and a R2000 deposit refundable at the end of your stay (t&c’s apply).
