There are 2 shared bathrooms between 4 female students in the house.

Room 6: @ R8 650 Own entrance single furnished room with ensuite(shower/loo)

The property is actively managed by my husband and myself. We have been running this student house for almost 15 years.
We do offer discount if fees are paid annually.
The security deposit is a double deposit (equal to 2 months rent refunded with interest)
Payment of the deposit will secure the accommodation.
12 month lease agreements only.

NSFAS INFORMATION:
The property is NOT NSAFAS accredited.
However CPUT and UWC students can apply for NSFAS Funding through their University for "Private Accommodation Funding"
Students must be able to cover all rent/deposit expenses until the University pays these funds which come through in 5 payments throughout the year.
