Thamii031 Creatives is hiring promoters and upcoming influencers to join the team for restaurant and lounge entertainment spaces.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop and execute promotional strategies and campaigns to reach target audiences effectively.

2. Engage with potential customers, explaining product features, benefits, and unique selling points.

3. Create and deliver persuasive presentations to educate and influence target audiences.

4. Set up promotional displays or booths at events, trade shows, or retail locations.

5. Conduct product demonstrations, samples, or trials to showcase product/service quality and functionality.

6. Gather customer feedback and data to identify trends, preferences, and insights to inform marketing strategies.

7. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align promotional activities with overall business objectives.

8. Monitor and evaluate promotional campaign effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary to maximize results.

9. Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to stay informed and adapt promotional strategies accordingly.

10. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and event organizers.

Requirements .

1. Proven experience in promotional or marketing roles, preferably in a similar industry or market. (Even if you do not have it’s fine)
2. Familiarity with the product, service, or event being promoted to effectively communicate its value and benefits.
3. Knowledge of sales and customer service principles to create a positive customer experience.
4. Proficiency in using computer software programs, such as Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
5. Ability to travel and work flexible hours as required to attend events or promotional activities.
6. Understanding of legal and ethical standards related to promotional activities and compliance with relevant regulations.

PAYMENTS

R5000 – R10000 a month. This is a seasonal fee, changing regularly by different venues.
