Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Real Estate Consultant at Fengari Properties. As a Real Estate Consultant, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks such as assisting clients with property sales, managing rental property portfolios, negotiating contracts, and eventually whereby we grant franchise to you running your own team and providing training to new consultants.

Qualifications

  • Real Estate and Sales skills
  • Experience in managing real estate property portfolios
  • Negotiation skills
  • Training experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • NQF 4 in Real Estate, Business, or related field is a bonus
