Key Requirements
Contract & Project Support (Core Focus)
- BTech / National Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering
- BSc / BEng (advantageous)
- 02 years experience (entry-level candidates welcome)
- Strong MS Office skills
- Exposure to CAD/drawing software (advantageous)
- Basic knowledge of project tools (MS Projects advantageous)
- Valid drivers licence and own transport
Contract & Project Support (Core Focus)
- Assist with project coordination, engineering tasks, and contract administration
- Draft and update technical drawings (layouts, P&IDs)
- Maintain project documentation, files, and data packs
- Support quality control, compliance checks, and reporting
- Assist with logistics of equipment, materials, and project requirements
- Work alongside technicians to gain exposure to installations, commissioning, and maintenance
- Assist with site reports, SOPs, and job documentation
- Support preparation of job packs and field service schedules
- Collect and consolidate site data and technical feedback
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and project documentation
- Assist with department coordination and internal communication
- Support procurement, finance, and reporting processes
