CNC Machine Operator / Setter – Fitting, Turning & Milling

We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator and Setter with a strong background in fitting, turning, and milling. The ideal candidate must be capable of working on both CNC and conventional/manual machines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Basic setter

• Set up and operate CNC machines for turning and milling operations

• Perform conventional machining, including manual lathe and milling work

• Carry out fitting and assembly tasks as required

• Read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications

• Inspect completed parts for accuracy and quality

• Maintain machines and tools in good working condition

Requirements:

• Proven experience in CNC operation and setting, as well as conventional machining

• Competent in fitting, turning, and milling processes

• Ability to work with and lift heavy steel materials

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
