Senior Toolmaker (West Rand) (JVR)

Dynamic well established growing Company based on the West Rand, requires a Qualified Tool Die and Jig Maker.  *MUST BE TRADE TESTED AND QUALIFIED.* Experienced within the Steel manufacturing or Automotive industry. Minimum of 10 years solid experience. Will be responsible and handle the following: * Program CNC, milling, turning and wire cutting machines, using Edge Cam. * Operate CNC , Milling and wire cutting machines. *  Assist with Design and press and cast tooling. *  Commission dies and Press Tooling repaired or manufactured. *  Handle maintenance and repairs to single and progressive eccentric press tooling, to ensure      functionality and quality reqwuirements are achieved. *  Assist with creating of preventative maintenance schedules etc. *  Handle first line maintenance to machines. *  Troubleshoot and resolve problems should they arise.   *  Must beable to prioritise and work under pressure.   Qualified Trade Tested Tool Jig and Die Maker (Toolmaker). Minimum of 10 years experience within either the STEEL MANUFACTURING OR AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY. Computer literate - including the use of SolidWorks. R600K pa Negotiable.
