Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the City of Cape Town for an Assistant Project Manager. The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. This includes expediting processes, managing logistics, overseeing inspections, and providing support to the project management team. The role requires daily collaboration with team members, vendors, and clients to maintain project efficiency and success.

Qualifications and Requirements Wanted/Not All Needed

• Experience in Expediting and Expeditor-related tasks to ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule
• Drivers License is preferred
• Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, organizing, and monitoring project progress
• Knowledge of and experience with Inspection processes to maintain quality and compliance standards
• Competence in Logistics Management to oversee and coordinate the movement and delivery of project materials
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in communication and documentation for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in refrigeration or air conditioning industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
