Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cool Quench Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of fitting techniques and tools, and will assist in the assembly, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems and components.

. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assembly and installation of mechanical and electrical systems and components.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment, make jigs of all piping required on unit.
  • Use hand and power tools to fit and assemble parts according to specifications.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with skilled fitters and electricians and other team members to complete projects efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Knowledge in operating engineering equipment and machinery will be advantageous.

Qualifications:

  • 4 to 6 years of experience
  • Basic knowledge of fitting techniques and jig and die tools making.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred and will have advantage.
