Our successful Gaming Technicians
? are familiar with and have experience in maintaining a wide range of electronic gaming machines
? find faults using diagnostics
? clean and replace equipment and peripheral devices
? quickly analyse and solve equipment maintenance problems, including online/offline systems
? respond promptly, positively and diplomatically to customers
? implement gaming machine moves and conversions
? proactively identify potential equipment maintenance problems and take the necessary action to ensure zero preventable equipment downtime
? keep accurate and up-to-date maintenance records
? work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards consistently and accurately.

If you have these qualifications, join our team: Matric (NQF 4) with mathematics and science, S3 Electrical Engineering (LC) or N6 Electronics or Basic Electronics competency from the Tsogo Sun Academy; a minimum of one years working experience in a casino technical environment
