Design, review, and manage HVAC systems, wet services, and mechanical engineering solutions for commercial and industrial projects. Conduct calculations, sizing, and equipment selection while ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. Coordinate with Architects, clients, and multi-disciplinary teams. Prepare budgets, specifications, BOQs, tender documents, and reports. Oversee project execution, monitor progress, review designs, and provide on-site supervision where required.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• BTech or BEng in Mechanical Engineering, preferably with an HVAC consulting background.
• Minimum 710 years experience in HVAC consulting and mechanical engineering.
• Proven experience in designing HVAC systems, wet services, and preparing BOQs/tender documents.
• Strong project management, coordination, and site supervision skills.
• Proficient in Carrier HAP, Loadest, AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office; excellent communication skills.
