:
Manage and control all stock, purchases, orders, and procurement of machine parts, tools and relevant materials required to complete project.
Responsible for the specification of machine parts, tools and relevant materials required to project.
Monitor price competitiveness.
Contractors:
Obtain the services of contractors, and sub-contractors as required and compile contractual agreements.
Implement, and approve contractual agreements with appropriate contractors.
Approve invoices and/or charges of contractors.
    Staff Management:
Manage artisan and handymen tasks within the projects department.
Monitor and conduct performance revies on subordinates.
Attend to any disciplinary interventions and RDA-issues.
Approve leave and/or other applications received from staff from time to time.
Monitor employeesâ?? clockingâ??s (in & out, call-outs).

The position is mainly for refrigeration duties.
Able to learn for Troubleshoot, repair, or overhaul equipment such as, heat exchangers, other environmental changing devices, other mechanical equipment, or electronic components.
Execute the installation, maintenance, or repairing of refrigeration equipment at the client’s premises as and when the need arises on callouts.
Able to read gauges and instruments, and adjusts mechanisms such as valves, controls, and pumps to control level of fluid pressure and distribution in systems.
Execute soldering (brass, silver, copper), layout, and fitting of piping to industry standards.
