Are you a detail-driven Quantity Surveyor / Estimator with a passion for high-end residential construction? Our client, a respected Residential Building Contractor specialising in luxury homes, is seeking a highly competent professional to join their growing team.

Key Focus Areas:

• Full cost estimating for luxury residential builds
• Managing the procurement function from enquiry stage through to award
• Preparing BOQs, cost plans, and tender documentation
• Evaluating supplier and subcontractor quotes
• Monitoring project costs and advising on cost-saving opportunities
• Supporting the site teams with accurate cost information
• Ensuring all procurement aligns with project budgets and timelines

Requirements:

• Minimum 8+ years experience as a QS / Estimator in residential construction
• Proven experience with luxury or high-end residential projects
• Strong procurement knowledge and negotiation skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in cost management
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Relevant tertiary qualification (QS, Construction Management, or similar)
