Report to: ManagerSeniority Level: Mid Career (2 - 4 yrs exp)Type: PermanentDuties and Responsibilities:- Ensure raw materials, packaging, and bulk conform to standards
- Thorough testing of finished goods
- Adhere to GMO internal standards
- Conduct manual and organoleptic testing
- Document all quality control processes
- Maintain safety standards and comply with stakeholder requirements
- Grade 12
- Certificate or Diploma on NQF4 level
Functions: Quality Controller
Skills: Raw Material, Packaging and Bulk focus, Finished goods conforming with standards, Follow GMO Internal Standards, Testing - Manual and organoleptic, Documentation all QC processes, Safety and conforming with stakeholder standards
