HVAC Sales Engineer

In this role, youll promote premium HVAC systems to Consultants, Developers, dealers, and key accounts while driving specifications on major projects. You will prepare technical proposals, support designs, deliver product presentations, and grow the regional client base. The role includes territory management, relationship building, technical guidance, and supporting sales strategy to increase market share and strengthen brand presence.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Mechanical Engineering qualification (Degree or Diploma) or proven HVAC technical background.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the HVAC industry with strong product and application knowledge.
• Solid network among Consultants, Developers, and commercial HVAC stakeholders.
• Strong commercial aptitude with experience in technical sales, quoting, and specification work.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver technical presentations and design support.
