A leading construction company is seeking an experienced Construction Manager (PrCM SACPCMP certified) to oversee and deliver multiple high-value building projects across the Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall construction activities from planning to completion.
• Lead, coordinate, and monitor project teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Enforce compliance with contractual, legal, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project progress.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to site teams and junior staff.

Requirements:

• PrCM SACPCMP Certification (mandatory).
• Minimum 15 years experience in managing large building projects.
• Proven track record in successfully delivering contracts of significant value.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across various locations.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management or equivalent.
