Position: Junior Architectural Technologist / Draughtsman
Availability: Immediate

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architectural Technologist / Draughtsman to join our growing team in Durban. The ideal candidate must be passionate about architecture, capable of working independently, and confident in handling both office and site-related responsibilities.

• Must be based in Durban

• Own vehicle or reliable means of transport (site visits and council trips required)

• Proficient in ArchiCAD (essential)

• Experience with council submissions (drawings, documentation, compliance requirements)

• Ability to prepare professional technical drawings, plans, and layouts

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and organisational skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings using ArchiCAD

• Assist with council submission documentation and processes

• Attend site visits, inspections, and client meetings when required

• Support senior team members with design development and technical tasks

• Ensure drawings comply with relevant building regulations and standards
