Job Description:

We are seeking 2 skilled and reliable CNC Operator with a minimum of 2 years’ experience to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machinery to produce high-quality sheet metal components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Fiber Laser cutting machines efficiently and accurately

• Operate sheet metal bending machines and CNC turret machines

• Read and interpret technical drawings and job specifications

• Ensure quality control and adherence to production standards

• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting

• Maintain a safe and clean working environment

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ proven experience operating:

• Fiber laser cutting machines

• Sheet metal bending machines

• CNC turret machines

• Matric certificate (Grade 12)

• Proficient in English (verbal and written)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a manufacturing or sheet metal environment

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Good teamwork and communication skills
