• We contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) on your behalf to resolve any issues you may be experiencing.
• We can help you set up and connect newly installed services such as Fibre, LTE, and VoIP
• Configure Wi-Fi routers to connect to your existing devices. We analyze possible configurations and provide solutions or recommendations based on your needs.
• If your issues are unresolved, we log them to higher-level support tiers within your ISP and do regular follow-ups until the issue is resolved.
• We also assist you with setting up email accounts
