URGENT: Customer Support Agent (Remote - South Africa)

An established online electronics store is seeking a confident and well-spoken Customer Support Agent.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

Location: Remote (South Africa)

Key responsibilities:

* Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and live chat inquiries

* Assist customers with orders, product questions, and delivery updates

* Guide and reassure customers on high-value purchases

* Follow up on inquiries and help convert them into sales

Minimum requirements:

* Matric (Grade 12)

* 2–3 years’ experience in customer support, call centre, or sales

* Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone

* Ability to build trust with customers

* Reliable internet connection

Salary: R3,000 - R7,000 per month, plus commission and performance bonuses
