What role would I play during client interviews and project discussions?

Once we use our agency member's info to place the proposal and winning chance to get interviews message from company. we will require you to use our agency member's info(name, year, address, experience) to represantitve as him to attend the interview and meetings. of course before the interview and processing the interview, we will provide the info you need with also with some technical support which can let you win the job easily.

Who handles the development work once a contract is secured?

Once we secure the job, we will assign the development works to our software agency member to work on software development. but if you can recommend more technical software developers from your local social network which can involve into our project. it would be great as well. but the point is new involving developer should get well known about our work model, also you should be collaborate with him very well. since some of cases, we need to report team about your works when you attend the team scrum.

How payments are structured between the client, your team, and the partner developer?

Before securing your first client, you will be paid an hourly rate of $30/hour.

After securing your first client, your pay will be $1500/month.

After securing your second client, your pay will be $2500/month.

After securing your third client, your pay will be $4000/month.

After securing your fourth client, your pay will be $6000/month
