2. Personal Documents (Please bring the original and a recently certified copy of that original with you to the onboarding session):
• Original ID Book / Card or Passport (If foreign national)
• Original Asylum / Work permit (If foreign national)
• Original valid Driver’s license
• Proof of address that is in your name, no older than 3 months. If you cannot certify your POA, please bring an official bank statement with your name and home address.
o If the proof of address isn’t in your name, please also provide a letter of consent or affidavit from the landlord and an original picture or certified copy of the landlord’s ID book or card/passport.
• Proof of banking details (Bank Confirmation letter)
o If banking details are not in your name, please provide an affidavit from the owner of the bank account giving you permission to use their account, the bank account owner’s ID, and an affidavit from you stating that you allow Mr. D Food to pay into the account. Business accounts will NOT be accepted.
3. Vehicle related Documents: (if you have a vehicle or bike you intend to use for deliveries, the following documents are required)
• Original Vehicle License Disc
• Original or Certified Copy of Vehicle Registration (top right corner of the document says RC1 / MVL1)
o If your vehicle is still owned by the bank, you may request a copy of the RC1. They will send you a copy with the letters “COPY” written on the bottom left corner. This document does not have to be certified. Please attached see the attached document labelled “BANK RC1 COPY” as an example.
• A roadworthy certificate is required
• Proof of 3rd Party Insurance. (If this is not in place, this can be arranged via the hub franchisee)
• Letter of Consent / Affidavit and a copy of the Vehicle owner’s ID If the vehicle you intend to use is not in your name.
If you do not have access to a vehicle or bike, please engage with the interviewer on various rental options AVAILABLE..
