Position Type: Full-time / Shift-basedWe’re looking for a dynamic, friendly, and reliable Delivery Driver to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, interacting with customers, and working closely with a fast-paced retail team.Key Duties & Responsibilities
Collecting and delivering laundry orders to customers on scheduled routes
Ensuring orders are handled carefully and delivered in excellent condition
Providing friendly, professional customer service at every delivery point
Assisting in-store during quieter periods when required
Working closely with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations
Maintaining delivery records and collecting signatures or confirmations
Keeping the delivery vehicle clean and reporting any issues
Following traffic laws, safety procedures, and company standards
Working Hours
Retail-based hours aligned with mall trading times
Shift-based schedule
Includes weekends, public holidays, and peak periods
Rostered days off during the week
Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Good knowledge of local routes and areas
Strong communication and people skills
Team player with a positive attitude
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
Previous delivery experience (advantageous but not essential)
