The benefits of being a Property Manager
- R15000 to R17500 basic salary, dependent on experience
- Up to R3500 in extra commission
- Company Car
- Fixed working hours: 08:30-18:00 (Monday to Friday), 09:00-17:00 (one in every four Saturday’s, with a day in lieu in exchange)

The responsibilities of a Property Manager
- Booking and conducting property inspections
- Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
- Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
- Deposit returns
- Resolving rental arrears
- Processing eviction requests
- Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
- Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports
The skills and abilities you will require to be a Property Manager
- Previous experience in a Property Manager role, or customer-facing and/or administrative roles if no prior property management history
- Outstanding customer service
- Good telephone manner
- IT skills
