First Line Customer Support Specialist

Your Role: • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times • Responding promptly to customer inquiries • Communicating with customers through Ticketing to advise of changes with travel conveyance • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support Requirements: • Fluent in English (spoken and written) • National senior certificate • 1 to 2 years of customer service experience Shifts: Rotational shifts Should you wish to apply for the position, please apply directly via this job board, please ensure that you quote reference number 201745 subject heading or email body.
