CALL CENTRE / LIAISON AGENT

CONTRACT POSITION

AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY

MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

§ Matric

§ Minimum of 3 years credible and relevant experience with verifiable references

§ Computer Literacy. - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

§ Computer Literacy. - SAP

§ Effective Communication Skills

§ Analytical and Problem Solving skills

§ Good Written Communication Skills:

- Ability to write precise and concise reports;

- Provide information that is coherent and reliable;

- Ability to substantiate opinions, provide in-depth analysis and convey ideas that are innovative and original.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

Value Internal and External Clients

§ Acts consistently in the strive to manage and resolve queries both from internal and external parties with the vision to eliminate Client and Consumer Complaints

Daily management of Client Specific processes

§ Signing of AOD: Ensure that all walk in consumers are explained what the client requirements are for payment arrangements, deposits, etc. and ensure that an acknowledgement of debt is signed

§ Report to Client on a daily basis as per the reporting templates

§ Request for termination of services: Ensure provided template is completed and submitted to the Client

§ Queries such as billing disputes, rates disputes, sold property, etc. are to be reported to the Client on specific templates

Daily management of Call Centre / Debtor queries

§ Identify high priority queries and resolve within 48hours

§ Capture detailed notes on the system and ensure that all documents are scanned and mailed to the Client

§ Requests for Client statements, manage from SAP

§ Indigency applications, follow the process of referring the debtor to the social welfare office to complete relevant documents, explain minimum payment requirements during application period

Client Reporting

§ Follow up on queries on a daily basis (Visit Rates Department, Clearance Departments on a daily basis)

§ Ensure that all documentation is available for Client reporting on a daily basis.

Internal Reporting

§ Report Daily via e-mail on the following:

- Daily Activity

- Hourly Report

- Client Arrangement Report

- Client Service Termination Report
