Knowledge and Experience
- English as a first language
- A clear credit and criminal record
- A minimum of 6 months unbroken Call Centre Customer Service Experience
- OR 12 months High End Retail experience
- Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English
- Customer focused
- An enthusiastic, positive and motivated outlook
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Both customer and quality focused
- Previous experience of dealing with customers via telephone
- Work towards individual and team targets
Monthly basic salary + Shift Allowance
Performance incentive (based on KPI’s)
Baseline Staff benefits:
