Customer Service Advisor
As a member of a highly skilled and motivated team, you will communicate with customers to identify specific needs, whilst delivering a market leading customer service/experience to increase the profitability of the business and remaining committed to treating our customers fairly and ensuring continuous delivery of customer service excellence. Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Capita provides free transport home after 7pm within a 35km radius of your Site- Base.
Basic Salary: R6500
Shift Allowance: · R350 – After 6pm Shifts · Shift allowance is payable once, shift -rooters are implemented
Performance Bonus: Up to 20% of Basic Salary and many more Benifits.
Minimum requirements: Matric (National Senior Certificate)
Clear Criminal Record
12 to 24 months International call centre experience
