The role and what you need to get it done:

The role requires you to have the ability to understand information and apply it to different situations as well as a passion for providing clients with an exceptional experience. We want analytical thinkers and problem solvers who are constantly looking for the next best way to do things and aren't afraid to speak up to make this happen, as well as who value efficiency and collaboration in finding solutions.

Here’s a quick snapshot of what you’ll do:

  • Provide support on processes&legislation via email, chat, & phone

  • Provide solutions to questions on income, deductions, tax, leave, the software, etc. (Full training provided)

  • Research solutions to challenging problems our clients face

  • Escalate new feature, bugs,&work alongside our Dev team in diagnosing the issues

Here are the skills you will need:

  • Strong problem-solving & attention to detail.

  • Openness to learning about new tech, software & changes in legislation

  • At least 1 year’s experience in software/ help desk support

  • Excellent written, verbal communication & listening skills

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Tech-savvy and an Out the Box thinker

  • Works well under pressure
