The Intana Support Unit provides support travel insurance claims and the medical assistance departments. The team is responsible for various functions such as:

Claims handling end to end assessment, conversational and teleclaims of travel insurance claims from the UK and European travel market.
Data capture - reviewing information on claim forms and cross referencing this with the information captured on the system
Recoveries audits claim cases with the aim to recover money from travel insurance, banks, home insurance and airlines
Validations review and authorise all medical assistance supplier invoices
Claims administration E-mail Handling manage travel claims mailboxes. These mailboxes cover request for claim forms, claim progress updates
Intana Correspondent setting up of new notifications received from the assistance, paying of invoices, dealing with internal and external queries relating to invoices/payments, handle emails related to medical assistance invoices
(Medical Assistance is a service we provide through travel insurance for UK and overseas citizens. They cover medical expenses, flights, accommodation etc. All the invoices received will come to us for us to process)
