The Position:

The role requires someone with the ability to assimilate information and apply it to different situations as well as a passion for providing clients with an exceptional experience. Training will be provided so prior knowledge of payroll is not a necessity but it will be advantageous. Responsibilities:

  • Deconstruct client issues and analyse the various solutions in all regions, via various communication channels

  • Investigate billing queries and concerns

  • Escalate new feature requests and bugs, and assist the development team in diagnosing the issue(s)

  • Select and explain the best solution to solving the client’s query, whether it be general system usage, or higher level queries involving research of tax and labour legislation.

Requirements:

  • Strong numerical ability, analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Willingness/openness to learning about new tech and changes in legislation

  • At least one year’s experience in a customer service/support role, preferably within a tech company

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both with clients and the rest of the team

Bonus points:

  • Experience in providing support to payroll clients

  • Experience and / or qualifications in payroll / tax / accountancy
