MST IS HIRING – KATLEHONG

Position: Branch Operations, Systems & Client Experience Coordinator
Location: Katlehong, Gauteng
Type: Full-Time | Site-Based

MST Internet Cafe & IT Services is looking for a hands-on, systems-minded and people-centred individual to join our Katlehong branch.

You should have excellent customer service and communication skills, strong computer literacy, and the ability to research, report, solve problems and work confidently with online systems.

The role includes:

• Frontline Internet Café operations

• Customer & queue management

• Systems/SOP support and process improvement

• Research, reporting & quality assurance

• On-site marketing & brand awareness

• Supporting the branch team wherever operational pressure requires

Requirements:
English + at least 2 South African local languages; strong written and verbal communication; computer literacy; professional customer handling; ability to work under pressure; and a practical, hands-on attitude.

Applicants should preferably live in or near Katlehong or be willing to relocate closer. Immediate availability or ability to start within 2 weeks is preferred.
